The location of our NASSCED Annual Conference follows a four-year geographic rotation; the map below shows the four regions we use for this rotation:
- 2023 will be in the WEST Region – November 30-December 1, 2023 in San Francisco, CA
- 2024 will be in the SOUTH Region – December 5-6, 2024 in Memphis, TN
- 2025 will be in the CENTRAL Region – December 4-5, 2025. Members in the CENTRAL Region may bid to host this meeting until June 1, 2023
- 2026 will be in the EAST Region – December 3-4, 2026
There is a Hosting Application Form that needs to be completed and submitted with any additional information required to the President of NASSCED by the stated deadlines above. The Board of Directors will review all bids and make their recommendation (for 2025) to the membership at the 2023 Annual Conference for their approval; giving two years for the successful bidding host to prepare.
