Like many organizations, NASSCED is guided by a Strategic Plan. First developed in 2014, our Strategic Plan was reviewed and updated in 2019 to set the course for NASSCED over the next five years.
Strategic Planning is an organizational management activity in which priorities are set, energy and resources are focused, operations are strengthened, ensuring that stakeholders are working toward common goals with agreed outcomes or results. Just as importantly, the Strategic Plan is a guide to assessing and adjusting our direction in response to – or to shape – an ever changing environment.
Our Strategic Plan clearly communicates the goals of NASSCED as an organization, the actions needed to achieve those goals and the intended timelines for those actions to take place.
